Have you ever wondered why Claude doesn’t talk in GTA 3 or the REAL reason why Claude doesn’t talk in GTA 3? Today I am going to explain to you why Claude doesn’t have a voice in GTA 3 and how Rockstar Games LIED to us in 2011. Today we are exposing Rockstar Games…. Not in a bad way, because I love Rockstar Games. BUT Rockstar Games seems to be a bit hypocritical. Today we are taking a look at a Rockstar Games E3 disc that has 100% that Claude talks in GTA 3 and some very interesting GTA 3 Beta footage!

Rockstar reused the GET OUT OF THE CAR sound in gta Chinatown wars when the police try to pull you out of a vehicle you will hear it
The ‘get out of the car’ sounds like cop for gta 3

Saying Claude can speak is like saying Lester and Lamar etc can hear our online character because we have mics

No matter what happened, I like Claude without a voice. It makes him very unique from any other GTA character.

The real reason why claude doesn't talk is because he doesn't have a voice actor

wait a minute isn't it the ''he's got agun voice clip from gta 2 ?'' so rockstar games thought of being lazy and giving sound from his old game gta 2's voice clips but theres a problemo that makes it really serious that it is before the gta 2 becuz in gta 2 claude used same clothes but in gta 2 her arms arent in the sleeves of the jacket … they were naked … ı meant that it was the gangster clothes so gta 3 claude got shooten from his ex gf catalina without aiming with double pistol so if catalina didn't aimed there are 2 reasons that calude dont talk :
1.cluade got betrayed so he got real sad about it and he cant talk becuz of it.
2.catalina didnt aimed on claude so she shoot to his throat so he cant talk becuz the bullet is stuck in his throat and the stupid surgeons didn't see the bullet and thouht of '' he is clear. no worries'' so claude cant talk.
1 that’s the police that say get out of the car, 2 any footage online like that has been faked, 3 rockstar officially said they never planned a voice for claude
